Privacy

Your information.
Handled with care.

This notice describes the website as provided in October 2026.

Project briefs

The project brief builder works in your browser. The website does not submit the fields to a server, store them in a database, or send an email. Saving a brief creates a text file on your device. The page displays a copy so you can review it. Clearing or leaving the page removes its in-page copy, although your browser may retain autofill information and downloaded files remain on your device.

Email drafts

If a public contact email has been configured, the page can open a draft in your email application. You choose whether to send it. Your email provider’s handling of the message is separate from this website.

Cookies and analytics

This version does not install analytics, advertising trackers, or application cookies, and it does not use browser storage to save project briefs. Fonts and images are served with the site rather than embedded from third-party services.

Hosting records

The hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as IP addresses, request times, and pages requested, for delivery and security. Retention and any additional hosting services depend on the provider’s configuration.

External websites

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This site does not control how those destinations handle information.

Questions

Use the public contact address when displayed on the project page, or your existing correspondence with Rich, to raise a privacy question. Do not put sensitive personal information in an initial project brief.
